Terra Nova Theatre Group's play readings planned for Fridays

| Tuesday, July 6, 2010

The Terra Nova Theatre Group returns Friday for a third season of play readings.

The monthlong series features readings of works by local playwrights with a new play read each of four Fridays in July.

Friday Night 'Wrights begins with a reading of Matt Henderson's "Virtual Reality Bites," a cyber-comedy about a lonely young woman who discovers she can end the prolonged war between social networking websites -- but first she has to salvage her dismal social life.

The reading begins at 8 p.m. Friday at Washington Arts and Cultural Center at 9 West Beau St. in Washington.

The event is free but donations are encouraged.
