Carly Rae Jepsen calls off sick for Pittsburgh concert
Carly Rae Jepsen, who was scheduled to open for Justin Bieber Tuesday night at Consol Energy Center, has cancelled due to illness, according to her tour officials. Venue officials say that another to-be-determined activity will replace Bieber's opening act. The show begins at 7 p.m.
