'American Coyotes' Series

Traveling by Jeep, boat and foot, Tribune-Review investigative reporter Carl Prine and photojournalist Justin Merriman covered nearly 2,000 miles over two months along the border with Mexico to report on coyotes — the human traffickers who bring illegal immigrants into the United States. Most are Americans working for money and/or drugs. This series reports how their operations have a major impact on life for residents and the environment along the border — and beyond.

The Dave Matthews Band will be back in Burgettstown this summer.

The group will present “A Very Special Evening with Dave Matthews Band” on June 28 at First Niagara Pavilion.

The show will feature two sets — one electric and one acoustic — with songs from throughout the band's career. Performances will include full-throttle numbers featuring the entire band to more intimate moments with small groups of band members – including a stripped-down pairing of Matthews with guitarist Tim Reynolds, performing as an acoustic duo.

Tickets, $40.50 to $75, go on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 7.
