'American Coyotes' Series

Traveling by Jeep, boat and foot, Tribune-Review investigative reporter Carl Prine and photojournalist Justin Merriman covered nearly 2,000 miles over two months along the border with Mexico to report on coyotes — the human traffickers who bring illegal immigrants into the United States. Most are Americans working for money and/or drugs. This series reports how their operations have a major impact on life for residents and the environment along the border — and beyond.

City Theatre has canceled performances of “Grounded” through April 20, because of an emergency in actress Kelly McAndrew's family.

McAndrew, who has been performing the one-woman show, is expected to return in time for the 7 p.m. performance April 22 and to complete the run which continues through May 7 at City Theatre on the South Side.

City Theatre has been notifying those holding tickets for the canceled performances and is rescheduling them for later performances.
