Health Dialog Services Corp. of Boston notified the state Department of Labor and Industry it will lay off 76 workers at the end of the year at its office in Penn Center West, Robinson.

The company provides analysis and support for patients' health care decisions.

A spokesman for Health Dialog could not be reached for comment Wednesday.

The company is a subsidiary of Bupa, formerly the British Union Provident Association, a global provider of health care.
