McCandless Crossing adds LA Fitness

LA Fitness Center has joined Lowe's Improvement Center and Fidelity Bank as tenants of the first phase of McCandless Crossing.
The development on McKnight Road is undergoing major site improvements such as moving nearly 1 million cubic yards of earth, installation of water and sewer lines, storm sewers and nearly three miles of new roads.
Six retention ponds and one dam have been constructed to handle a tributary of Little Pine Creek, said Kevin Dougherty, president, AdVenture Development LLC, developer of the complex. Plans call for a town center, grocery store, hotels, movie theatre, offices and residences.
