Seller: Typecraft Properties LLC, Richmond, Va.
Buyer: RJ Equities LP, Pittsburgh
Details: Buyer plans upgrade of building into 17,000 square feet of office space, improve 23rd street appearance, use warehouse for parking.
Comment: “We will rename the site to River Park Commons 3, which is located half-a-block from our River Park Commons 1 and 2,” said Ron Tarquino, managing member of RJ Equities.

Property sold: 8400 Presto-Sygan Rd., South Fayette
Seller: Newbury Development Associates LP, Pittsburgh
Buyer: Hardy Investment Associates Ltd., Eighty Four, Pa.
Details: Acquired new showroom building containing 30,000 square feet, plus land for four “T” sheds, with a rail spur.
Comment: “In exchange, we purchased 84 Lumber's showroom on Rt. 50 (for $918,801), which we will demolish and improve the entrance from Rt. 50 into Newbury,” said Brett Malky, of EQA Landmark, the developer.

Buyer: R.J. Johnson Co., Washington, Pa.
Details: Acquired 7.2-acre site within the technology park for a new building containing a warehouse and office space, which will be the third building in the park.
Comment: “We hope to begin construction before end of the year on the structure, which will be used to house shop equipment, retrofit machinery and provide a office space for personnel,” said Marc Pugliese, Johnson assistant project manager.
