Property sold: 6191 Steubenville Pike, Robinson
Seller: Wolcott Properties LP, Pittsburgh
Buyer: Diehl Robinson Realty LLC, Butler, Pa.
Details: Acquired an existing automobile showroom site, containing 26,000 square feet of space on 10 acres, offering full-service auto services, including showroom, sales and body shop services.
Comment: “We are now Diehl Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Wiper, and plan an official opening probably in late November,” said Corina Diehl of Diehl Automotive Group.
Property sold: 100 Delta Dr., O'Hara
Seller: J.C. Penney Corp., Dallas, Tex.
Buyer: Cook Myosite Inc., Bloomington, Ind.
Details: A 55,000-square-foot building, currently empty, to be used to manufacture a product currently in the development phase that could occur in 2014 or 2015.
Comment: “We plan to make the building ready for production during 2013, which when ready, will mean 20 to 25 new jobs to the 40 we now have,” said Ryan Pruchnic, director of operations. Ned Shekels, Mark Anderson and Ian Black of Pennsylvania Commercial, represented the seller.
Property sold: 5604 Community Center Dr., Richland
Seller: Thomas Village Associates, Pittsburgh
Buyer: Thomas Village Housing LP., Pittsburgh
Details: Two-story 66-unit apartment undergoinig a $5 million upgrade to increase energy efficiency, doing six units at a time, relocating tenants into finished units as they are completed.
Comment: “This was a ‘tired' complex, nearly fully occupied, which we will continue as a Sec. 8 residential facility,” said Bill Gatti of Trek Development Group Inc., which purchased the complex.

Comment: “Buyers loved the features of the home, located on a cul-de-sac, with its first-floor master bedroom suite, the wine cellar and many outstanding amenities,” said Carol Bagaley, Coldwell Banker Real Estate.

Buyer: Vivek and Komal Tanya Sharma
Details: Provincial-style with expansive patio, firepit, wainscoling ceiling fans, two-story foyer, family room, gameroom with fireplace, wet bar, whirlpool.
Comment: “Buyers loved the expansive rear patio entertaining area with park-like level rear yard and interior hardwood floors and custom woodwork,” said Kevin Mihm, Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
Seller: Steven and Helen Walters
Buyer: Jonathan and Natalie McKay
Details: Brick Eichenlaub built home with covered pillar brick entry, new hardwood floors, custom Amish-built kitchen, sunroom, lower level media-office-bar area, whirlpool, three-car attached garage.
Comment: “Buyers found the home in immaculate condition, there was a neutral but tasteful decor and private lot, plus additional living space provided by sunroom, and garage floor had a special treatment to seal it,” said Georgie Smigel, Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
