Nationality Rooms to hold open house

The University of Pittsburgh's Cathedral of Learning Commons Room will feature musical performances and goodies from around the globe from noon to 4 p.m. Dec. 2 at the annual Nationality Rooms Holiday Open House.

Decorations in the 29 Nationality Rooms reflect their ethnic backgrounds. Drum and dance groups will give perform and foods and crafts will be sold.

The rooms will be closed Dec. 24-26 and Jan. 1. Holiday tours run through Jan. 18. Admission for tours is $4 for adults and $2 for children ages 8 to 18.
