Light of Life Rescue Mission was partnering with Urban Impact, Circle of Hope Outreach Ministries and volunteers from New Community Church to package and deliver 170 Thanksgiving baskets to local families. Each basket includes a frozen turkey, canned vegetables, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, rolls and dessert. Volunteers in the Pittsburgh area have been dropping off canned and boxed goods for the baskets at Light of Life since October.

Jasmine Goldband | Tribune-Review - Lois Clark, 61, of Monroeville, a music teacher at Kelly Elementary School in Wilkinsburg was hit with a stun gun and carjacked after getting out of her van on Monday morning on her way to school.
