James Knox - A PennDOT crew finishes up the clearing of a rock slide aling University Boulevard in Moon Monday afternoon July 1, 2013 that had reduced the road to one lane between Stoops Ferry Road and Grant Drive. Officials on scene said they will monitor the site as more wet weather is expected this week.

The creation, which took 2 weeks to complete and 160 tons of sand, will be on display at the 2013 EQT Pittsburgh Three Rivers Regatta.
