Diving headfirst into the archives of 2016 in search of the year's best dressed, Fanfare's Best Dressed of 2016 list kicks off with the ladies. Whether glammed out in full length ball gowns or sipping champagne from cocktail dresses, there were plenty of head turners that ensured an ordinary party became a whiplash-inducing event.
