Black-ties were making their way into the Heinz History Center on Friday, as prez Andrew Masich welcomed top-level members and donors to the 1879 Founders' Circle Dinner.
The invitation-only soiree, hosted by David and Wendy Barensfeld, welcomed the likes of Mark and Catherine Loevner, Ron and Judy Linaburg, Scott and Susan Lammie, and American Alliance of Museums prez Ford Bell as they raised a glass in honor of the Chairman's Circle, Director's Circle, Museum Circle and other special friends.
Following cocktails, guests were given a tour of the museum's exhibits, including “Gridiron Glory: The Best of the Pro Football Hall of Fame” — a major exhibition focusing on the history of pro football, and the new “From Slavery to Freedom” exhibit — which opened that day.
Contributions to the Circle provide vital support for operating expenses and educational programming.
