As cinephiles waited with bated breath to see who would be taking home the Oscar, and fashionistas stayed glued to the red carpet to see who was wearing what, the Pittsburgh Film Office was welcoming 900 into the East Club Lounge of Heinz Field for Lights! Glamour! Action!

“I love seeing the reactions (of the winners) and, of course, seeing what people are wearing,” confessed Dr. Katie Farah, who was escorted by her husband, Dr. Tony.

Upon arrival, guests walked a tented red carpet flanked with members of the “paparazzi” before entering into the actual party, which has become a staple for the party season. Inside, cocktails were flowing while dozens of flat-screens were streaming live coverage from LaLa Land.

“I'm pulling hard for ‘Silver Linings Playbook.' ... I love Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence,” said David Haddad (with Karen).

On the VIP list were PFO director Dawn Keezer, board prez Russ Streiner, co-chairs Dr. William and Pride Winkenwerder Jr., Nancy Mosser, Deb Docherty, Merrill and Miroya Stabile, Paul Hennigan, Stan and Susan Muschweck, Andy Devonshire, Lucas and Renee Piatt, and Alan and Diane Perer.
