Cases handled by three South Hills judges

These cases were handled by District Judges Pat Capolupo, Ralph Kaiser and David Barton.

Capolupo

• Aaron Kukic, 39, of South Second Street, West Newton, charged with possession if marijuana, drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating unsafe equipment by Pleasant Hills police, was waived for court.

• Michele Ann Mignerey, 36, of Smithdale Road, West Newton, charged with possession of marijuana by Pleasant Hills police, was waived for court.

• James Francis Palma, 54, of Pittsburgh 15236, charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and accidental damage to an unattended vehicle by the Jefferson Hills police, was waived for court.

• Antonio Goodrum, 38, of Baron Avenue, Clairton, charged by Jefferson Hills police with driving under the influence, driving without a license, and driving an unregistered vehicle, was waived for court.

• Robert Michael Henrikson, , 33, of Pittsburgh 15234, charged by Pleasant Hills police with indecent exposure, harassment, disorderly conduct and driving an unregistered vehicle, was held for court. He was not able to post bond and is in the Allegheny County Jail.

• Nathan Donelson, 18, of Garbett Street, McKeesport, charged with receiving stolen property, carrying a firearm without a license and possession of marijuana by the Jefferson Hills Police, was waived for court.

• Steven Andrew Sayers, , 35, of Pittsburgh 15210, charged with driving under the influence by Pleasant Hills police, was held for court.

• Lateef Suber, 26, of Coolspring Street, Uniontown, charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, by Jefferson Hills police, was moved to nontraffic court.

• Andrea Holmes, 35, of Hawkins Village, Braddock, charged with theft by Pleasant Hills police, was held for court.

• Kevin Brown, 59, of Park Avenue, Clairton, had a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Jefferson Hills police moved to nontraffic court.

• Nicole Brihart, 21, of Mcpherson Avenue, Clairton, had a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Jefferson Hills police moved to nontraffic court.

• Roderick Edmond Clark, 39, of Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, had a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Jefferson Hills police moved to nontraffic court.

• Alec Pipik, 30, of Roscoe, charged with tampering with and fabricating physical evidence by Jefferson Hills police; held for court.

• Craig Latone Harris Jr., 18, of Priscilla Avenue, Duquesne, charged with driving under the influence by Pleasant Hills police; held for court.

• James Patrick Tighe, 58, of Jefferson Hills, charged with driving under the influence by Jefferson Hills police; held for court.

• Dominique Cage, 22, of Second Street, Clarksville, charged with retail theft and being in possession of a controlled substance by Pleasant Hills police; held for court. She was not able to post bond and is being held in the Allegheny County Jail.

• John Rudy Liggett, 32, of Washington Avenue, Bridgeville, charged with disorderly conduct filed by Jefferson Hills police; moved to nontraffic court. He was not able to post bond and is being held in the Allegheny County Jail.

• Karen Ritter, 53, of Pittsburgh 15236, charged by Pleasant Hills police with driving under the influence and damage to an unattended vehicle; held for court.

• Fidel Valdovinos, 34, of Dunn Avenue, Washington, charged by Jefferson Hills police with driving under the influence; waived to court.

• Ryan McKnight, 32, of Youngwood, charged by Pleasant Hills police with possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication; waived to court.

• Brendan Robert Nesky, 21, of Pittsburgh, 15236, charged by Pleasant Hills police with driving under the influence, reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance; waived to court.

• Jack Thomas Stone, 55, of Payne Hill Road, Jefferson Hills, charged by Jefferson Hills police with driving under the influence; waived to court.

• Daniel Dlugos, 36, of Orchard View Drive, Canonsburg, charged with harassment by South Park police; moved to nontraffic court.

• Shawn Jason Magulick, 33, of Finleyville Elrama Road, Finleyville, charged with possessing a false ID, tampering with physical evidence, possessing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication by Pleasant Hills police; held for court.

• Albert Patrick Kerr, 49, of Walnut Avenue, Clairton, charged with retail theft by Pleasant Hills police; moved to nontraffic court.

• David Mains, 45, of Union Avenue, McKeesport, charged with retail theft by the Pleasant Hills police; moved to nontraffic court. Mains was unable to post bond and is being held in the Allegheny County Jail.

• Jacob Palaski, 27, of Pittsburgh, 15236, charged by South Park police with disorderly conduct; moved to nontraffic court. Palaski was not able to post bond and is in the Allegheny County Jail.

Kaiser

• Annette Bof, 46, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged with disorderly conduct and trespass by Brentwood police, was moved to nontraffic court.

• John Hugo Shook, 52, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged with driving under the influence by Baldwin police, was waived for court.

• Bonnie Lynn Spadaro, 40, of 10th Street, Donora, charged with driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle by Brentwood police, was waived for court.

• Hope Ann Peterson, 38, of Union Avenue, North Versailles Township, was charged by Brentwood police with driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle, was waived for court.

• Amy Vergot, , 30, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged with driving under the influence by Brentwood police, was waived for court.

• Jessica Bilski, 32, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged with driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle by Brentwood police, was waived for court.

• Nnamdi Asogwa, 36, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged with driving under the influence and failure to obey traffic control devices by Brentwood police, was waived for court.

• Jason Deutsch, 35, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged with endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person by Baldwin police, was waived for court.

• William Kennedy, 35, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged with theft by unlawful taking and driving with a suspended license by Brentwood police, was waived for court.

• Nicole Mancine, 21, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and failure to obey traffic-control devices by Brentwood police, was waived for court.

• David Smith Jr., 19, of Pittsburgh 15210, charged by Baldwin Borough police with disorderly conduct; moved to nontraffic court.

• Zackery Elias, , 23, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged by Brentwood police with two counts of disorderly conduct; moved to nontraffic court.

• Joella McClain, 29, of Pittsburgh 15210, charged by Brentwood police with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance; waived to court.

• Janeesa Fisher, 33, of Pittsburgh 15216, charged by Brentwood police with fighting, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia; waived to court.

• Selim Ajdinovic, 50, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged by Brentwood police with driving under the influence; waived to court.

• William Hubenthal, 40, of Pittsburgh 15236, charged by Brentwood police with driving under the influence; waived to court.

• Anita Demarasis, 57, of Cheektowaga, N.Y., charged by Brentwood police with driving under the influence; waived to court.

• Malik Rashon Lewis, 24, of Columbus, Ohio, charged by Brentwood police with rape on an unconscious person, indecent assault on an unconscious person and sexual assault; held for court. Lewis was not able to post bond and is being held in the Allegheny County Jail.

• Tyler Arrigo, 23, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged by Baldwin Borough police with disorderly conduct; moved to nontraffic court.

• Ripley Pyles, 25, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged by Brentwood police with disorderly conduct; moved to nontraffic court.

• Hoyt Wilson, 33, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged by Brentwood police with disorderly conduct; moved to nontraffic court.

• Grace Brown, 18, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged by Brentwood police with disorderly conduct; moved to nontraffic court.

• Kch Dohmoo Juelah, 23, of Mebane, N.C., charged by Baldwin Borough police with disorderly conduct; moved to nontraffic court.

• Thelma Collins, 22, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged by Brentwood police driving under the influence; held for court.

• Erica Pinson, 24, of Moon, charged by Brentwood police with driving under the influence; waived to court.

• Christopher Dallas, 22, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged by Baldwin Borough police with driving under the influence; waived to court.

• Kaylee Morrow, 31, of Pittsburgh 15236, charged by Brentwood police with driving under the influence; waived to court.

• Richard Bucks, 58, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged by Brentwood police with aggravated assault, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence; held for court. Bucks was not able to post bond and is in the Allegheny County Jail.

Barton

• Rae Kwon Allan Johnson-Berry, 20, of Pittsburgh 15210, charged by Whitehall police with disorderly conduct, was moved to nontraffic court.

• Darryl Groetsch, 51, of Pittsburgh 15214, charged by Whitehall police with tampering with physical evidence, possessing a controlled substance, driving an unregistered vehicle, refusing to surrender registration plates, was waived for court.

• Christopher Paxon, , 33, of Monroeville Boulevard, Monroeville, charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, driving with a suspended licenses and driving under the influence by Whitehall police was waived for court.

• Lamont Demarr Williams, 40, of Pittsburgh 15210, charged with terroristic threats, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief by Whitehall police, was held four court.

• Ngoc Yen Nguyen, , 21, of Pittsburgh 15227, charged with carrying an unlicensed firearm by Whitehall police, was waived for court.

• Raymont Hopkins, 25, of Grape Street, McKees Rocks, charged disorderly conduct by Whitehall police, was moved to nontraffic court.
