Route 28 reopens following crash near 31st Street Bridge

Crews closed a stretch of Route 28 in both directions for about a half-hour Sunday night while they cleared a crash south of the 31st Street Bridge, authorities said.

The crash closed all lanes between the 31st Street Bridge and East Ohio Street at about 7:45 p.m., according to Pittsburgh police. No one was injured.

The road was reopened by 8:25 p.m., though residual delays were likely.
