Indians top Fox Chapel, 9-4

Thursday, April 4, 2013, 10:03 a.m.

Despite having to play an away game instead of a home game, the Indians varsity baseball team came home with a 9-4 win over Fox Chapel on Wednesday.

Conditions at the Indians' home field were such that the team was forced to move its scheduled home contest against the Foxes to Fox Chapel's field.

That didn't stop winning pitcher Steven Zang, who got plenty of run support from his offense.

Next up for the Indians is a 4 p.m. game on Friday at Penn-Trafford.
