Shoulder work ongoing along Hulton corridor

PennDOT crews are performing shoulder-cutting work along the Hulton Road corridor in north-central Penn Hills.

Crews will be working on the following roads:

• Old Frankstown Road between New Texas and Universal roads;

• Poketa and Hulton roads between Verona and Milltown-Unity roads;

• Indiana Road between Hulton and Milltown-Unity roads;

• Hunter Road between Hamil Road and Plum Street

Crews will also be working on New Texas Road in Plum, between Old Frankstown Road and the Westmoreland County line.

PennDOT advises motorists to use caution, slow down and anticipate changing traffic patterns, lane closures and possible delays when traveling through the area.
