Work begins Sept. 13 on Oakmont-Verona bridge

PennDOT work crews will begin repairs to the Allegheny River Boulevard bridge between Oakmont and Verona on Sept. 13.

Long-term lane closures will take place between Seldon Avenue and College Avenue beginning at 7 a.m. on Sept. 13. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane in each direction through Oct. 18.

Crews will be repairing concrete decks, guide rails and concrete barriers.
