Late-game field goal lifts Mt. Lebanon over Penn Hills

Rob Costantino kicked a 24-yard field goal with three minutes remaining to give Mt. Lebanon a 24-21 victory over No. 8 Penn Hills in the Quad Central Conference on Oct. 18.

Eddie Jenkins completed 15 of 21 passes for 233 yards and two touchdowns, and Troy Apke had eight catches for 148 yards and a score for the Blue Devils (3-5, 3-4). Te'Shan Campbell scored on a 25-yard interception return for Penn Hills (5-3, 4-3).

Campbell, quarterback Bill Kisner and Isaiah Jones all scored touchdowns for the Indians and along with Shawn Featherstone combined for 218 yards on the ground.

Kisner has racked up more than 1,100 yards on the ground so far this season.

Next up is a home battle against longtime rival Woodland Hills. It is Senior Night at Yuhas-McGinley Stadium. Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m.
