Parkway East sign improvements near Penn Hills begin Monday night

Overhead sign improvements on I-376 (Parkway East) in Allegheny County will begin on Monday, March 3, PennDOT officials announced on Thursday.

Work requiring intermittent single-lane closures in both directions will occur from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. between the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Exit 85) and Churchill (Exit 79-B) interchanges. Work will be conducted weeknights through March 14, weather permitting.

B & K Enterprises Inc., of Strongtown, Pa., will conduct the work.
