'American Coyotes' Series

Traveling by Jeep, boat and foot, Tribune-Review investigative reporter Carl Prine and photojournalist Justin Merriman covered nearly 2,000 miles over two months along the border with Mexico to report on coyotes — the human traffickers who bring illegal immigrants into the United States. The Plum School Board during Tuesday night's meeting voted to approve adjustments to calendars for both the current school year and the next one.

Graduation has been set for June 4. Also, school will not be in session on April 18 – Good Friday – and May 20, which is when primary elections are held. The last scheduled day of school for students is June 5, Superintendent Timothy Glasspool said.

Also, classes are scheduled to start on Sept. 4 for the 2014-15 school year, according to the board vote. Glasspool said the last scheduled day of school in the 2014-15 calendar is June 8.
