Clayton Academy student stabs teacher with pencil

Target 11 has learned that a student at Clayton Academy in Pittsburgh was arrested for stabbing a teacher.

Police said it happened Wednesday afternoon at the school for troubled youths in Pittsburgh's North Side neighborhood.

The school's principal told Target 11's Rick Earle that the student stabbed the teacher with a pencil. Officials said the teacher received several stitches in the arm.
