The following is a list of defendants charged with a first offense of driving under the influence in Westmoreland County criminal court. These defendants receive a standard sentence that includes enrollment in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for one year, attendance at an alcohol highway safety school and a one-month driver's license suspension. The ARD program does not require defendants to admit guilt, but does require that they be placed on probation. If they satisfactorily complete the probation, they must then file a petition to have the case expunged. Unless otherwise noted, court costs are placed on the defendant.

• Jeremy Stoner, 29, of 1721 Century Court, Mt. Pleasant.

• Lesa Rena Skotnicki, 45, of 707 Maple St., South Fork, Cambria County.

• Mark Alan Dinzeo, 53, of 366 Brush Creek Road, Irwin.

• Thomas M. Keller Jr., 41, of 5129 Beech Road, Murrysville.

• Todd D. Guldenschuh, 23, of 848 Route 259, Ligonier.

• Scott Robert Trzeciak, 43, of 52 Aluminum City, New Kensington.

The following is a partial list of criminal cases handled by judges in the most recent term of Westmoreland County criminal court. Some of the cases involve first-time offenders being enrolled in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. The ARD program requires that they be placed on probation for up to two years. If they satisfactorily complete the probation, they may then file a petition to have the case expunged. Unless otherwise noted, court costs are placed on the defendant.

Judge Debra A. Pezze

• Tara L. Tipinski, 25, of 237 Ridge Ave., New Kensington, pleaded guilty to retail theft. She was sentenced to intermediate punishment for 12 months with 60 days of electronic monitoring.

• Monique M. Kight, 32, of 5208 Garvers Ferry Road, New Kensington, charged with fraud obtaining food stamps/assistance, was accepted into the ARD program for one year. She was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,701.77.

• Joyce Ann Burley, 46, of 361 Freeport St., New Kensington, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was sentenced to intermediate punishment for five years with six months of electronic monitoring. She was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and her license was suspended for 18 months. She was granted work release.

• Denis Richard Barker, 44, of 1930 Greensburg Road, New Kensington, pleaded guilty to fraud alter/forged/counterfeit title registration. or insurance. He was sentenced to probation for one year.

• Jason Ricksgers, 19, of 506 Ridge Ave., New Kensington, pleaded guilty to burglary. He was sentenced one to two years in jail. • Natasha Nicole Lazan, 20, of 1754 McCandless Drive, Allison Park, pleaded guilty to theft by deception. She was sentenced to 68 days to 23 months in jail, with credit for time served.

• Daniel Armstrong Ormeo, 20, of 122 Grant Ave., Vandergrift, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children. He was sentenced to one year less one day to two years less two days in jail. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment. He was ordered to attend and complete parenting classes.

• Bobbi Jo Gularsky, 24, of 719 Anderson St., New Kensington, pleaded guilty to identity theft. She was sentenced to three to 23 months in jail.

• Daniel Wolfe, 30, of 218 Grossheim Road, Apollo, pleaded guilty to terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and resisting arrest/other law enforcement. He was sentenced to three to 23 months in jail. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Ross Everett Manon, 62, of 104 Valley Stream Drive, Delmont, pleaded guilty to forgery, criminal conspiracy, violation of the pharmacy act and procure for self/other drug by forgery. He was sentenced to state intermediate punishment for two years.

• Ashley Marie Kennedy, 20, of 138 Irene Drive, Butler, charged with possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for 12 months.

• Charles Craig Jr., 21, of 516 Western Ave., Jeannette, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking. He was sentenced to probation for one year.

• Elisha M. Cooper, 25, of 1439 Second St., Natrona Heights, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was sentenced to intermediate punishment for five years with six months of electronic monitoring. She was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and her license was suspended for 18 months. She was granted work release.

• Paul Kelly, 21, of 111 Pine Drive, New Stanton, pleaded guilty to simple assault. He was sentenced to six to 23 months in jail to be followed by probation for two years. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Carly Anne Vincent, 23, of 29 Millerstown-Culmerville Road, Tarentum, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail. She was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and her license was suspended for 12 months.

• Dennis D. Hawk, 63, of 2 Sparta Drive, Hempfield, charged with theft by deception, was accepted into the ARD program for six months.

• Jordan A. Just, 26, of 623 Millers Lane, Plum, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to probation for one year.

• Joseph M. Larko, 20, of 7486 Harom Road, Conneaut, Ohio, pleaded guilty to burglary, criminal conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to time served to 23 months in jail. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Mary P. Flocker, 43, of 4728 Third St., McKeesport, pleaded guilty to corruption of minors and possession of a controlled substance by person not registered. She was sentenced to probation for one year.

• Brian Grosser, 37, of 108 S. Depot St., Mt. Pleasant, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking. He was sentenced to four to 23 months in jail.

• Glyn Joseph Evans, 41, of 307 Oak Ave., Greensburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to electronic monitoring for 90 days.

• Michael Edward McKeown, 42, of 1171 Old Route 31, Mt. Pleasant, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for five years with six months of electronic monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 18 months. He was granted work release.

• Arthur Ramcharan, 33, of 1437 N. Redfield St., Philadelphia, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to probation for one year.

• Michael S. Yanuck, 42, of 212 Birdie Court, East Huntingdon, charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, was accepted into the ARD program for three months.

• William Thomas Tomajko, 56, of 115-11 Eastcliff Drive, Concord, Pa., charged with simple assault, was accepted into the ARD program for two years. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and complete anger management classes.

• David Eugene Beal, 41, of 130 Pittstown Road, Mt. Pleasant, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to six to 23 months in jail. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 18 months.

• Shalyn Lee Roule, 26, of 1228 Rostraver St., Monessen, pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy. She was sentenced to probation for two years.

• Richard Scott Gadagno, 42, of 1904 Mt. Pleasant Road, West Newton, pleaded guilty to use/possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to probation for 30 days.

• John David Peden Jr., 24, of 533 Rolling Hills Road, Ruffsdale, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for one year with 60 days of electronic monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 12 months.

• Kurt D. Lindsey, 19, of 150 Finoli Drive, Hempfield, charged with possession of a controlled substance, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for one year.

• Russell Douglas Tolbert, 37, of 415 W. 1st Ave., Derry, pleaded guilty to bad checks and criminal conspiracy. He was sentenced to probation for two years and was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Donald Duane Scott III, 2, of 712 Keefer Lane, Mt. Pleasant, charged with receiving stolen property, was accepted into the ARD program for two years.

• Matthew Earl Taxacher, 41, of 510 Wentzler Road, New Stanton, pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to probation for two years. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Demonn Rayshawn Dunning, 32, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to three to six years in jail for the charge of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.

• Dominick Joseph Camarote, 37, of 402 Washington St., Latrobe, was sentenced to intermediate punishment for five years with 180 days of electronic monitoring for the charge of driving under the influence. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 18 months. He was granted work release.

• Robert B. Testa, 33, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to probation for two years for the charge of simple assault.

• Brenda Harris Gentile, 41, of 934 Wood St., Latrobe, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was sentenced to intermediate punishment for six months with 60 days of electronic monitoring. She was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and her license was suspended for 12 months.

• Stephen Henry Klim, 29, of 409 Angel Lane, Derry Township, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and theft by unlawful taking. He was sentenced to probation for one year. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school.

• Francis Edward Dvorchak, 29, of 1293 Sixth St., Westmoreland City, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for six months with 60 days of electronic monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 12 months. He was granted work release.

• Andrew J. Magill, 18, of 930 Main St., North Huntingdon, charged with disseminate explicit sexual material and harassment, was accepted into the ARD program for two years. He was ordered to successfully complete anger management classes. He was ordered to obtain a sex offender's evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Keven Lance Oconner, 25, of 902 Cherry St., Latrobe, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for six months with 60 days of electronic monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 12 months. He was granted work release.

• Christopher Michael Elm, 21, of 11440 Joseph St., North Huntingdon, charged with access device issued to another who did not authorize use, criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and corruption of minors, was accepted into the ARD program for two years. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• John Paul Denitti, 25, of 126 Keystone Road, Herminie, charged with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for one year. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Steven Penman, 41, of 225 Maiolie Road, Washington Township, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 90 days to five years in jail. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 18 months. He was granted work release.

• Conrad K. Leonard, 24, of 600 Rear Pollens Ave., Hannastown, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for six months with 40 days of electronic monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 12 months. He was granted work release.
