'American Coyotes' Series

Traveling by Jeep, boat and foot, Tribune-Review investigative reporter Carl Prine and photojournalist Justin Merriman covered nearly 2,000 miles over two months along the border with Mexico to report on coyotes — the human traffickers who bring illegal immigrants into the United States. Winter hours are now in effect at the Flight 93 National Memorial.

The memorial opens daily at 9 a.m. Visitors are permitted to enter until 4:30 p.m. with the memorial closing at 5 p.m.

Winter hours will be observed until March 31.

Groups wishing to visit the site or hold programs or ceremonies are asked to contact the park office in advance at 814-893-6322 to schedule a visit.
