A Butler woman was charged with homicide after her husband was shot during a struggle Saturday at their Forest County camp.

State police at Marienville said Ruth Maxine Angert, 58, was arraigned on charges related to the death of Larry Bruce Angert, 68.

She was placed in Warren County Jail without bond, police said.

Police said the couple argued about 10:30 p.m. Saturday at their camp in Tionesta Township. While they were struggling over a handgun, the weapon discharged and Larry Angert was struck in the head, police said. He died at the scene
