A federal judge on Tuesday sentenced an Oakmont developer to one year in prison for deliberately not paying his taxes.

Louis Lamanna, 46, pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor counts of willfully refusing to pay taxes in return for the government dropping three felony counts of tax evasion, bankruptcy fraud and money laundering, court records show.

U.S. District Judge Arthur Schwab also ordered Lamanna to pay restitution of $708,347.01 and spend three years on supervised release.
