Liberty Tunnel inbound traffic to face lane reduction Tuesday night

Inbound traffic in the Liberty Tunnel will reduce to a single lane from 8 p.m. to midnight Tuesday, PennDOT said.

Crews will do maintenance work inside the tunnel, PennDOT said.
