Sean Stipp | Tribune-Review
A tractor-trailer exiting the Pennsylvania Turnpike at New Stanton overturned about 6:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 13, 2013, and landed on its side along Interstate 70 West. No one was injured in the one-vehicle accident, and the truck didn’t lose its load of tires. A minor fuel spill was contained by local fire departments, said Dan Stevens, spokesman for Westmoreland County Public Safety. Firefighters had cleared the scene by 9 a.m., officials said. PennDOT and turnpike officials are investigating the incident, Stevens said.
