A man died after crashing his car into two trees in Beaver County on Sunday, state police said.

Lawrence William Daniel Schulz, 30, of Georgetown died at the scene of the wreck off Route 30 near Powell Road in Hanover, state police said.

Schulz was driving a Chevrolet Trailblazer west on Route 30 about 8:20 p.m. when he missed a bend in the road, hit an embankment and went airborne, state police said. The vehicle hit a tree on the driver's side, then another on the passenger side, state police said.
