An Armstrong County man faces charges after Indiana Borough police said he was driving drunk and struck a pedestrian.

The collision occurred in the 1200 block of Philadelphia Street Saturday at 2:09 a.m. The pedestrian, who was not identified by police, sustained head injuries and was taken to Conemaugh hospital.
