Fire damages home, no injuries reported

A fire at a residence in Lower Turkeyfoot Township caused approximately $150,000 in damage Saturday.

According to a police report, the fire occurred shortly before 5 a.m. along Jersey Hollow Road.

Because of the extensive damage to the structure, the origin and cause have not been determined, police said. Confluence Volunteer Fire Company requested an investigation.

Trooper Scott E. Kovach said no injuries were reported.
