A Washington man claims in a federal lawsuit filed Wednesday that the city and its code enforcement officer violated his constitutional due process rights.

Mark Miller claims that Ron McIntyre failed to follow proper procedures in citing four of Miller's properties for code violations since 2010 and in condemning and slating three of the properties for demolition this year.

Jack Cambest, Washington's solicitor, declined comment.
