Lance: The weather. Good riddance to all of the rain we've seen — two consecutive months of almost double the normal rainfall. The weather is hurting businesses, hindering river recreation, messing with farmers, ruining our vegetable and flower gardens and resulting in major mosquito populations. Enough!
