Problem solved

The drug problem can be solved. Fail a drug test on your job, you're fired — no exceptions. Collecting unemployment or welfare? Pass a drug test.

Simple, huh?

Drug rehabilitation — a joke — costs billions. So does incarceration, crime and hospital care. Drugs endanger the police and public.

Only we can fix it. And employers, don't close your eyes to it.
