Prosecute, don't sue

Gov. Corbett's lawsuit against the NCAA regarding its sanctions against the Penn State football program is a case study in misplaced priorities.

After all, the NCAA is an organization that sponsors thousands of traumatic injuries to young people, so it should be prosecuted before it is sued.
