Awarding most of Pennsylvania's Electoral College votes by congressional district is a great idea. Why should we voters in rural districts have our votes reversed and all of the state's Electoral College votes cast for someone we soundly defeated? Just because highly questionable vote totals coming out of big cities overwhelm our own?

This change would limit the effect of centralized voter fraud to the districts where it was actually occurring. The result would be more accurate representation of voters' wishes and cleaner election results.

Great idea!
