Rail plan's flaw

I'm writing in regard to the news series that ran Feb. 3-4 about the proposed Alle-Kiski Commuter Rail.

This plan has one fatal flaw. Although the word “Kiski” is part of the rail line's name, in reality all of the Kiski Valley is missing from the proposed plan.

Whatever happened to Leechburg, Hyde Park, Vandergrift, North Apollo, Apollo, Avonmore and Saltsburg? If these towns were to added to the line, then it would truly be an Alle-Kiski Commuter Rail.
