'American Coyotes' Series

Traveling by Jeep, boat and foot, Tribune-Review investigative reporter Carl Prine and photojournalist Justin Merriman covered nearly 2,000 miles over two months along the border with Mexico to report on coyotes — the human traffickers who bring illegal immigrants into the United States. Use more ink!

I'm writing to you about the printing of the Valley News Dispatch. It is far too light and very hard for us to read.

Remember, most of your readers are over the age of 50 or 60. The young people out there are busy doing things other than reading the paper. Someone else wrote in concerning this a few months ago and apparently nothing has been done about it.

I've been a subscriber for 57 years. If there was another local newspaper, I'd be tempted to switch to it.

Please use more ink!
