Wrong on lottery

Joseph Sabino Mistick thinks privatizing the Pennsylvania Lottery is a bad idea ( “A better way to ‘reform' the Pennsylvania Lottery,” Feb. 3).

Maybe private grocery stores like Giant Eagle and Shop 'n Save should be managed by government since it does things better — say, like the Port Authority, Amtrak or the U.S. Postal Service.
