Keep it rolling
We must keep Amtrak train service from Pittsburgh and subsequent stops between here and Harrisburg. I and many others use this train service to commute to jobs in the eastern part of the state. Airfare between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia is too expensive to fly in commuting so often between the two cities.
I pay my taxes to this state. I expect the state to allow me to get back and forth to work in an economical way so I can keep paying my taxes from my income in this state.
PennDOT spends on and subsidizes roads and other ways for commuters to economically get back and forth to work. Why punish those of us who use the train to get back and forth to our jobs?
