Two things to remember about gun control:

1. It's not about guns at all; rather, it's about control, as in control of you and me.

2. The ultimate goal of the anti-gun lobby — there is one of those, just like there is a pro-gun lobby — is, from their own mouths, the total proscription of privately owned arms.

The fact that people who have reached adulthood fail to see and understand the basic facts, as above outlined, is a source of never-ending amazement.
