The real experts

I have to speak out about the minimum-wage debate and all these so-called “experts” on the subject. The real experts are the poverty-stricken people who have to live on this measly pay.

I work two jobs five, sometimes six days a week, I make a little more than the federal minimum of $7.25 an hour and I can barely make ends meet.

It's tough when you've got to choose between paying your bills or buying food for the table.

I suggest that people who say the minimum wage is good where it is try living in our world for a while and see how far behind the actual cost of living we are as we scrape by.
