Letter to the Editor
Tuesday, April 16, 2013, 9:00 p.m.

The U.S. Postal Service, after losing $15.9 billion in 2012, is not authorized to end Saturday delivery. Seems like it suffers from a version of Pennsylvania's antiquated liquor control system — neither being brought into the 21st century by politicians.

Speaking of politicians, Pennsylvania can't privatize the liquor control system, but it's one of the few states that allow pigeon shoots. You've got to love government.
