Above & beyond

Hats off to Harrison Township Commissioner Gary Lily for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Harrison had an electronics disposal event on April 27, but the electronics had to be dropped off at the municipal building. Apparently, a lot of people in Natrona didn't know that and left items out to be picked up.

When Mr. Lily saw the items being left in the alleys, he took care of the problem himself. He went around Natrona, gathered up three truckloads of electronics and took them to the municipal building.

If you know Mr. Lily, you know this is not surprising. He does things like this for the township all the time. Harrison residents should keep that in mind when they vote for a township commissioner from Natrona in the May 21 primary.
