Barbara Shelly's recitation of the possible good points of ObamaCare in her column “Passive resistance won't kill ObamaCare either” (May 5 and TribLIVE.com) sounds like the perfect utopian solution to getting sick. Where her argument falls flat is her reference to “when federal money is available to provide them with coverage.”

Taxpayers are the source of the “federal money” about which she speaks. When will that concept be understood?
