Using others

Re. the letter “Contagious kindness” (June 10), from the woman complimenting her Verizon technician: Sounds to me like she purchased a cheap telephone and, when she had trouble with it, called Verizon.

She should've returned the phone. Instead, she took advantage of the kind technician. The technician's time is valuable and he had a busy schedule to follow.

People should not use others.
