In a day and age when many Americans are more concerned with their fantasy football league than they are with their fantasy government, Pat Buchanan summarized the current debate about attacking Syria quite succinctly in his column “Whose war is this?” (Sept. 7 and TribLIVE.com): “How many Syrians must we kill with missiles to teach Assad he cannot kill any more Syrians with gas?”
