Letter to the Editor
Friday, Sept. 27, 2013, 8:57 p.m.

I am deeply disappointed to learn that Heritage Days may be discontinued.

Granted that I attended only a few of them, but that was by necessity, not by choice. I did attend all that I could and greatly enjoyed them — evidence that there is still a spirit of pride in the history of Ford City.

Is the decision to discontinue irreversible, an indication that the borough is suffering from despair?
