Driving updates

Every vehicle owner in Pennsylvania receives a vehicle registration form yearly and is required to sign it after reading about Pennsylvania's littering fines. It has been this way since 1986, when the Legislature passed a law requiring the notice.

Wouldn't it be more beneficial to vehicle owners and operators if this space were utilized for alerting them about law changes and updates, such as the no texting while driving, moving to the right when there is a vehicle pulled off the road, and removing snow and ice from vehicles? This way, owners would not be able to say they weren't aware of the law changes, especially when they have to sign the form.

Please contact your representative and ask him to use this space to inform us of new changes.
